Anxiety Spasms In Head

Conclusion: Lay costing

Prior to our house building project, we have made, of course, a lot of thought how we plan our budget and meet if possible can. To determine what a house we can afford anything, we have as the basis of statements of account first of all determine what we have as a year for expenditure and revenue and what is the best solution to a credit for us. In We came to a sum of x, which may cost more than our entire house building project. From the outset our goal was to keep the set amount. In addition to the construction-sum are also incurred later monthly cost of maintaining the house and the importance of credit rates.

was important for us to keep track of at any time through our budget and to always know where you maybe a little excessive added to it then save it elsewhere. Of course there are costs that they previously could not precisely estimate (eg special equipment electrical). If in doubt, always fall higher than you think ;-). So it is also important to a small reserve in the budget plan.

In the following list of our cost items of course we can only come from our example. In other construction projects may look very different again.

Here are the cost components in our particular case:

costs Plot:
  • purchase land
  • Land transfer tax
    survey costs
  • authorities costs and fees (eg for Bauanzeige or applicant, drainage permit, development review, channel contribution for waste water and rain water and ports, land costs)
  • notary costs of land purchase
  • Legal Description
earthworks and Connection Dirt - and rainwater
  • house connections utilities (water, telephone, electricity)
construction costs:
  • house purchase price including selected optional
  • Excavation
    Extras (eg electric optional)
  • drainage around the house
  • site power, construction water
costs Interior Facilities:
  • painting materials (wallpaper, paste, paint, etc .)
  • floors (parquet, carpet, baseboards, etc.)
  • kitchen
  • shower
  • if necessary. new furniture
  • patio furniture
  • curtains
  • lamps / outdoor lighting
  • bathroom equipment (towel, roll holder, etc.)
costs outside space:
  • patches (garages, paths, entrance platform, etc.)
  • terrace
  • garden
  • plants
  • fence
  • garden shed / summerhouse
  • lawn mower, garden hose, garden tools, etc.
costs:
  • Surveyors
  • topping
  • move
  • DIY materials / tools
  • reserves
Now, just before the arrival, almost all of our bills paid house construction project. A small amount is still not just for the outdoor facilities, which - probably have to be every first-time clients have to be a little more sparse than planned or partially postponed to next year, because our objective was indeed to meet our budget. And we have achieved that by and large. The long planning ahead have been worthwhile for us. We have also kept a strict sequence, where we over budget or have saved and were therefore always up to date with where we stand. This gave us in anyway stressful construction appropriate security.
